Marie-Louise GANTELME-TRASTOUR

Partner Notary

After practising in Nice and later in Fréjus, Marie-Louise GANTELME TRASTOUR joined 1795 Notaires in 2005 as a Partner Notary.

Real estate law is at the core of her practice. She advises on the structuring and completion of real estate transactions, with particular attention to land-related issues, asset enhancement and property development.

Her experience enables her to approach these matters from a broader perspective, going beyond their purely real estate dimension to take into account the related legal, wealth-planning and tax considerations, particularly in connection with the organisation and transfer of assets.

Deeply attached to Cannes and the surrounding region, whose specific characteristics and developments she knows well, she has for many years advised both private and professional clients, in France and internationally.

« The law is constantly evolving. Sharing those developments, making them accessible and explaining their implications are also part of our mission. Because a well-informed client is, above all, a client who is free to make their own decisions. »
