Bernadette ROUMIEU

Notary

With over twenty years of professional experience, Bernadette ROUMIEU spent thirteen years in Valbonne before joining 1795 Notaires in Cannes, where she was appointed as a notary in 2019 and now heads the Estates Department.

Inheritance law has been the guiding thread throughout her career. First as a senior notarial clerk and later as a notary, she has consistently held responsibility for this area of practice. Her experience and sound expertise have enabled her to build a loyal client base, whom she advises over the long term with availability, attentiveness and particular sensitivity to family dynamics.

She recently broadened her expertise by completing a Family Officer certification at EDHEC Business School, naturally extending her approach to wealth transmission through a more comprehensive understanding of families and their assets.
