Philippe CLÉMENT has been a notary since 1991 and has practised on the French Riviera for nearly thirty years. After a long career as a partner notary at a leading firm in Antibes, he joined 1795 Notaires in 2025, driven by the desire to take on a new professional challenge and by a shared vision of the notarial profession.

Deeply attached to Cannes, where he has lived for more than twenty years, he has developed an approach founded on attentive listening, clarity and the quality of the relationship he builds with his clients.

A qualified notary from the University of Nancy and holder of a university diploma in wealth management, he remains firmly committed to continuing education. He recently broadened his expertise by completing a Family Officer certification at EDHEC Business School, convinced that expertise is shaped as much by experience as by the constant development of knowledge.
